I have lived

in the San Francisco Bay Area since childhood. Having attended both private and public schools during my K-12 education, being a third generation educator, and attending Bay Area located University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) campuses for higher education, I developed a deep appreciation and understanding for the value of education from an early age. Throughout my journey as both a student and educator, I was further inspired by my mentors to pursue a career in education.

My professional background includes a long tenure as a School Counselor, a liaison to schools, and Public Relations. After 15 years in the Public School system I made the decision to join Buckley Education, a practice whose philosophy about working with students and families matches my own. With the time and space for each individual student, the process unfolds organically.

I am fortunate to have lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for the entirety of my career. As a result, I am well-versed in the array of educational options throughout each of its geographic regions. When I am away from the office, I am usually hiking with my husband and dog, cycling, baking, traveling (especially to visit campuses), and exploring all aspects of this beautiful region.
